Peter Howard recently completed the sale of his interest in Corporate Benefit Analysts (CBA), one of Ontario’s largest independent employee benefit and pension administration consultancies. As one of two partners, Peter acquired CBA from its founder in 2007 and implemented a number of business improvement strategies that resulted in revenue growth of more than 70% and EBITDA growth of more than 400% as well as the elimination of all long term corporate debt.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy advising a broad range of organizations including major publicly traded companies, non profits as well as privately controlled Canadian Corporations.
Peter has a strong commitment to his community and has served on boards such as AMREF Canada (African Medical Relief and Education Foundation), Community Living Dufferin, Headwaters Healthcare Foundation and is currently the Chair of the Board of the Mansfield Ski Club and the Orangeville Otters Swim Club. Peter has a Graduate Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Tim has over 25 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking and corporate finance in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australasia, having advised corporate clients on strategic transactions including equity and debt financings, derivative securities and instruments, mergers and acquisitions and credit facilities and loans. His investment banking roles have included Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets Canada at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was responsible for the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked financing transactions for senior corporate clients in the Canadian and U.S. capital markets.
Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Tim spent over 20 years at RBC Capital Markets as a Managing Director in Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets, advising corporate clients from Toronto and New York. While at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets, Tim was a lead advisor on transactions across all sectors including consumer foods and products, retail, industrial products, diversified industries, natural resources (energy, mining and forest products), technology, communications and media, healthcare, financial institutions and real estate. Most recently, Tim was Chief Listings Officer of Aequitas NEO Exchange Inc., a start-up stock exchange in Canada, founded by a number of leading financial institutions and institutional investors.
